Creative approach:  I was tasked with creating brand guidelines for MapMyRun, whose communications had fragmented across the customer journey. I interviewed teams beyond just the creative team (product, engineering, operations) to ensure I built guidelines that could be used by all. I also wrote marketing copy and content for global campaigns, fitness challenges, UX flows, and emails.  

Result: The MapMyRun brand guidelines successfully The Healthy at Home Fitness Challenge broke the record for highest sign-ups on a MapMyRun challenge.
