Julia Fairchild Toro is a photographer currently based in Austin, TX. In 2020, her mom found an old camera while cleaning out the garage. She didn’t want to throw it away, so she mailed it to Julia, who picked up that camera and hasn’t put it down since.
In 2024, Julia left her job as a creative director at Whole Foods to attend the International Center of Photography, where her final project was selected for the cover of the international publication, EDITED.
Now, she specializes in creative portraits. She’s worked with artists, authors, families, brides and grooms, and once, the winner of Survivor Season 48 for his month in the 2025 Zaddy Calendar.
